RULES
1) Everyone will have $12000 to make their own team
2) One player can only be in one team.
3) If you want a player and it's already playing for a team, you have to negotiate with their manager in the negotiating board or Mirc, undernet server, channel #soccer_chat
4) We judge the results by using a simulate program
5) After negotiation, email us for which player is transfer between which teams and the value
6) At least 11 players each team
7) Results are up every Saturday or Sunday
8) Two yellow cards or 1 red card or 2 yellow cards in 2 consecutive games will result in a one match ban for that player
9) Fixtures will be put on by Tuesday
10) The 1st, 2nd, 3rd place teams in PREMIER LEAGUE will have reward of $10000, $8000, $5000, others will be decide
11) If there are more teams, we will have more divisions
12) You will reward for winning 3 or more games in a row. 3 in a roll = $500, 4 in a roll = $600, and so on....
13) If a player you want is not on the TRANSFER TABLE, email us and tell us their name, the team they play for. Then we will put them on with a value.
14) If you have GOOD ideas to improve the site, email us telling us about it, we will consider is it good. If it is good, you will have $1000 reward
15) The value of the players are for one season only, so the next season start you have to buy players again, other teams can try and buy that player now
16) But if the player is still in contract, other teams have to pay the player's team not us to buy him.
17) You can bet on the results, champions, top scorers etc. Minimum bet =$100, Maximum bet = $500, amount of price will be decide later
19)If you haven't go the player you want, don't worry cause when every season ends, we will have a few days, time to be decide, in Mirc, Undernet server, channel #soccer_chat, for buying out of contract players etc, cause they only last for one season, but the manager can extend the contract before end of the season if they want to keep the player
20) So you have to download Mirc from the main page if you haven't got it, it is very important, if you miss out it is your own fault
21) If you want a player, and it's not on the transfer table, email me and tell me the name, which team they play for and I will put it up
22) It is 'FIRST IN FIRST SERVE' to get players
